Luxury Comfort in Vaughan

Positive: Le logement est effectivement luxueux de grandes pièces. 4 chambres. Bon emplacement pour ceux qui veulent visiter Toronto en voiture. L endroit était propre avec la majorité des commodités. Negative: Pas de housse à matelas. Seulement sur certains lit il n'y a qu un drap alors on se retrouve à certains moments directement sur le matelas. Le logement est luxueux mais pas les lits. Les bases de lits sont soit cheap ou brisés puisqu ils creusent au milieu. On se retrouve dans un nouveau quartier alors bcp de bruits de construction le matin. Voisins ont fait une plainte à notre sujet sur un bruit de musique, et pourtant nous n avons mis aucune musique durant notre séjour...

Negative: The place was disgusting, bathrooms and floors covered in dirt and hair. Kitchen counters full of sticky gunk; bed without natyres protectors and black and dirty. I tried numerous times to resolve this and was given the run around. They charge and cleaning fee to people but yet the place isn't cleaned before we arrive. And then once I left after asking for at least my cleaning fee back, they then try and request a damage charge for a facecloth we had to use to scrub their disgusting master bathtub down with for 420$ !!!! Not sure what face cloth costs 420$ but I do NOT recommend you stay here at all. Head boards are not fastened to beds as they are cheap plastic frames with foam mattress on one room, master bedroom has plastic frame with a disgusting mattress that's broken in the middle and caving in with no mattress cover. Please be cautious!! Beautiful home and neighbor hood though
