AVOID! It is a building site ! Terrible experience Positive: Property was clean and spacious Negative: The landlord did not mention the the whole place is a building site and there is construction traffic with noisy diggers etc moving dirt and making noise and causing dirt storms. You cannot sleep as the noise starts very early and when you leave you get covered in dirt. This property is being mis-sold as a luxury place, do not stay here . It was the worst experience we had. We were covered in dust every time we left and never had a lie as the diggers started work at 7am.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Worst experience ! Positive: The property was clean and newly built Negative: The whole place is a building site. There is terrible digger noise right next to the property from 7am and lasts all day and there is awful dust flying around everywhere . You cannot park in the driveway as someone else will park there and we had no choice but to park on the road and got a fine which the landlord refuses to pay and yet did not offer alternative parking to us. We would not recommend anyone to stay here . It was a terrible experience .

Positive: Good space for those looking at rentals with multiple bedrooms (this one has 4). Seemed new, but would be nice if there were some tea bags to use the kettle etc. Very little in the house. Bed was okay for sleeping for a few nights (maybe just new mattress).. Negative: The pillow cases looked weirdly designed or stained… they were not soft…
